About The Show

Sealed With A Kiss presents… BAND BATTLE is an interactive band competition.  Up to four bands compete for the pot, which consist of everyone's entry fee.  Each band will also receive complete audio recording of their set and some video footage for their own personal use. Along with other prizes and opportunities.
Here’s how it will work… Each band will play 3 songs and be judged based on various criteria by our judges AND the crowd also will have a hand in deciding which band will walk away with the grand prize.  The first show will be on May 21st at Dreams Banquet Hall in Tampa!  And we will be recording it!  Have you been to something like this in Tampa?  Come out and witness the fun and the talent.

Information for the bands

In order to sign up for the competition, bands will have to complete registration form and also pay the entry fee that goes into the pot as the grand prize. Band's contact person can request more information in detail and it will be sent them.

• There is a limit of four bands who can sign up for the competition. So, first to come first served. At the time they sign up, bands will be able to pick their performance time slot. 

• A Band can have different aspects. For this show, we require both instrumental and vocal performance; a band can be as many as  8 or a solo act (“one man band”), both are allowed as long as they sing and play at least one instrument and register.

• The band will play 3 songs for the competition.

1. The first song is to be an original song that the band has created.
2. The second song is a cover that they choose.  The must make the song their own.
3. The last song will also be a cover song that SWAK chooses.  

• All competing bands are encouraged to promote spreading the word regarding the Band Battle as crowd interaction and response will be part of the judging criteria.  However, it is not at all required.

Come out and enjoy an interactive night of live music, Great food, and Sexy, Sophisticated fun!
PLUS, between sets, come out and enjoy various entertainment.   This will be a night you won't soon forget and will look forward to doing it again.  All of this AND we will be recording it to be formatted for a show.  Come out and witness something different in the Tampa Bay area!
